It's called Simple Journal, and it's great tool for memory keeping.
Simple Journal makes keeping a journal easy and fun. Add text-only entries or text with photos to your journal. Journal entries are time-stamped and geotagged with location and place information.
You can export any journal entry to Facebook, Twitter, or send by email. Save photos to your camera roll, or sms text-only entries with just a few taps.
